Elizabeth started her professional career as an Independent Insurance Agency Owner of Brooks Insurance Professionals, Inc. 20 years ago. As she continues to manage and own Brooks Insurance Professionals she has pursued her passion for cooking through her catering business, Queen's Cafe & Dining.

She is self taught and incorporates her southern Texas roots in all of her recipes. She has lived in Shelbyville, Indiana for the last 22 years and will continue to serve the Shelby County area and be apart of the Shelbyville Community.
